Fun Toast Combo Meals
Fun Toast combo meals are built the kopitiam way: a toast or soft bun, soft-boiled eggs, and a kopi or teh, bundled into one set price. Reported set prices run from S$5.60 to S$9.10, with bigger bundle sets from S$9.30 and Buddy Meals for two from S$9.30. Fun Toast publishes no full online price list, so treat every price here as a reported price and check the in-store menu before you order.
What is a Fun Toast combo meal?
At Fun Toast, a combo meal is not a burger-style meal with fries on the side. It is a set: your toast or bun, two soft-boiled eggs, and a hot kopi or teh, priced lower than buying each part on its own. The chain began in 1941 as Kheng Nam Hong, and Eatbook counts about 48 outlets today, so this set format is the same one regulars have ordered for years across the island.
The three combo sizes at a glance
Toast sets (1 person): toast or bun plus eggs and a drink, S$5.60 to S$9.10 in reported guides.
Bundle sets (1 person, heartier): a main plus a drink, listed from S$9.30.
Buddy Meals (2 people): two mains or toasts plus two hot drinks, listed from S$9.30, S$10.10 and S$14.90.
What do the Fun Toast set combos cost?
Fun Toast set combos cover eight toast and bun options in the menu guides, and the price spread is small, which makes picking easy. The cheapest reported set is the Honey Butter French Toast Set at S$5.60 in older guides, while newer guides list it from S$5.90. The Kaya Butter Toast Set, the one most people order first, is reported at S$5.80 in older guides and S$6.20 in Eatbook’s visit and in newer guides, so budget S$6.20 and be pleased if your outlet charges less.

Kaya Butter Toast Set first
If you have never tried Fun Toast, start here. Eatbook’s reviewers scored its kaya toast 4 out of 5, its kopi 4.5 out of 5 and its value 5 out of 5, with a total of 19.5 out of 25, and they noted a generous amount of sweeter kaya and a cold slab of butter. That is a strong first order, and at S$5.80 to S$6.20 it is still one of the cheapest full breakfasts in a mall kopitiam.
What bundle and buddy combos does Fun Toast offer?
When a toast set feels too light, Fun Toast’s menu guides list two bigger combo formats. Special Bundle Deals pair a main with a drink from S$9.30, covering Soya Sauce Chicken, Curry Chicken, Yong Tau Foo and two Double Toast bundles. Buddy Meals for two are the better deal for pairs: the guides describe them as 15 percent off, and they pair two items with two hot coffees or teas so nobody has to order drinks separately.
| Combo | Reported price | What it includes |
|---|---|---|
| Soya Sauce Chicken Bundle Set | From S$9.30 | Soya sauce chicken main plus a drink, per menu guides. |
| Curry Chicken Bundle Set | From S$9.30 | Curry chicken main plus a drink, per menu guides. |
| Yong Tau Foo Bundle Set | From S$9.30 | Yong tau foo plus a drink, per menu guides. |
| Double Toast Bundle Set 1 and 2 | From S$9.30 | Two-toast bundles plus drinks, exact pairings vary by guide. |
| Buddy Meal for 2, toast pairing | From S$9.30 | Ham and cheese french toast plus kaya butter toast, 2 hot coffees or teas. |
| Buddy Meal for 2, chee cheong fun pairing | From S$10.10 | Chee cheong fun with siew mai plus kaya butter toast, 2 hot coffees or teas. |
| Buddy Meal for 2, chicken rice pairing | From S$14.90 | 2 soya sauce chicken rice or curry chicken rice, 2 hot coffees or teas. |
One honest warning: the guides list the bundle and Buddy Meal prices but do not always spell out every item in each bundle, and the 15 percent off Buddy Meal claim comes from the menu guides, not from Fun Toast’s own site. If the saving matters to you, ask at the counter what the same items cost on their own at that outlet, then decide. For groups of four, the guides also list Family Meals, covered in our party packages guide, but their contents are not listed either.
