Butter Bean Party Packages
Butter Bean party packages do not exist as an official bundle, at least not one anyone has published. This guide says that plainly, then builds you a proper party spread from the real Butter Bean menu: cupcake sets, sandwiches, toast and drinks, priced item by item so you know exactly what a gathering will cost.
Does Butter Bean sell a party package?
No, not as far as any published source shows. Searches of Butter Bean’s menus, reviews and festive coverage turned up no party bundle, no catering menu and no bulk discount. The one seasonal group offering found was a festive Ramadan menu years back, not a standing party package. If your outlet does offer something for groups, it is not published, so you will need to ask in store.
That is not a dead end, though. Butter Bean’s menu is actually well suited to a DIY party spread, because the items that travel best are also the ones with the clearest prices: cupcakes in boxes, sandwiches in sleeves, and toast that holds up for a breakfast crowd. The Butter Bean value meals guide covers the budget side of the same menu.
What should you order for a Butter Bean party?
Start with the sweet centrepiece, then add savoury, then drinks. Cupcakes are the obvious party item, and they are the only Butter Bean items sold in multi-piece sets. Sandwiches cover lunch, and toast plus kopi works for a morning gathering or a lighter tea-time spread.
Cupcake sets for a crowd
Cupcake sets are the closest thing Butter Bean has to a party product, and the pricing is consistent across listings: S$10.30 for 4 pieces and S$15.30 for 6 pieces. That works out to roughly S$2.55 per cupcake, which is decent for a mall cafe. For ten guests, two 6 piece sets give everyone a cupcake with two to spare.
| Party item | Price | Good for |
|---|---|---|
| 4 Pcs Cup Cake Set | S$10.30 | A small family treat or a dessert top-up. |
| 6 Pcs Cup Cake Set | S$15.30 | The better per-piece value for a group. |
| C.F.C Crispy Fried Chicken Sandwich | S$9.90 | The savoury anchor for a lunch gathering. |
| B.F.F Battered Fish Fillet Sandwich | S$9.90 | A fish option so not everything is chicken. |
| Basic Ham Cheese Sandwich | S$9.30 | The safe pick for picky eaters and kids. |
| BB’s Kaya Toast | S$2.60 | Cheap, filling, and easy to order in quantity. |
| BBrûlée Kopi Latte | S$3.80 | The signature drink to pair with the sweet spread. |
How much does a Butter Bean party spread cost?
Since there is no bundle price, the honest way to budget is to add up regular prices. For ten people, two 6 piece cupcake sets (S$30.60) plus four sandwiches at S$9.90 each (S$39.60) comes to S$70.20 before drinks. Add ten BBrûlée Kopi Lattes at S$3.80 and you are at S$108.20. That is an estimate built from menu prices, not a package quote, and the Butter Bean best sellers are the items most guests will actually want.
My pick: For a birthday at home, skip the mains and go cupcakes plus sandwiches. They travel well, need no reheating fuss, and the cupcake sets are the only items with a genuine quantity price break built in.
For a bigger office order, call the outlet ahead. No bulk page exists, but outlets often handle large takeaway orders informally, and asking early beats turning up with a twenty-person order at lunch.
